		<description>The reason I think a lot of these rules will work, is that I primarily see Wave as a business tool. Business folks will abide by the admin instructions they are given ref moderation of their Wave.
As a public Wave, I am not sure how well this works. Although, thus far, the Waves I observed that are using this tagging system and advising folks to read the &quot;Moderated Waves&quot; Wave seem to not be having a problem.
It would be nice if those tagging definitions actually locked the Wave IAW the rules associated with that tag.</description>
